On a W98 laptop (Netware 3.2) the machine does not recognise the format
of a pcmcia minature Flash Card from an Olympus D1000 digital recorder.

(A removable chip is inserted in the card for transferring files.)

When the W98 Olympus software is first installed on a machine, it
works, but once rebooted the machine will not recognise the format,
even if the software is reinstalled. It's not absolutely clear whether
this is a Novell issue or related to other software.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hi Steve,

I'd check the drive letter issues.

I doubt it's a Novell issue here -- nothing that Client 32 would have to do with this -
unless attaching to the server 'steps' on a drive letter assignment.
