FYI,
We have been using a product called NetMagic or Password Heaven. They are
changing their name. It allows the help desk or the end-users themselves to
reset their accounts, change the simultaneous connection counter, etc. We
are very happy with it and it works. It works for NetWare, NT, RACF and
UNIX.
