novell 3.12 on Gig processor unit

Would like to know if there is anyone out there that has a Novell 3.12
server running on a PIII 1 Gig processor unit!
Getting Abend GPPE error code 00000000

Have updated to lib312d.exe already
Has 3.2 enhancement pack
512Mb ram
1.2 gig IDE drive
Have turned all power mng features off in BIOS
Have set the drive to normal in BIOS
Have disabled virus stuff in BIOS
Wondering if 3.12 will work properly with the Gig processor?
Any help would be great!
