A question and some help

Hello,

So here is the nice little leaky boat I am in now:

I have been given the task of updating our companys server. No
problem. The server is running on Netware 3.12. It runs great but
has one little problem.

When the server the server looses power, the date goes back to 1988.
We hired two nice guys to come in and patch the system but after
$400.00, the problem still shows up.

When I set time, the system holds the date till a HARD reset, then the
date issue shows up again.

Now this is the tricky part, I know JACK about netware other then it
is rock solid and I never needed to fix it. Untill now.

Any help on HOW to apply the patches. I am basicly a windows user who
needs to dip into netware to get things up and running again.

BTW I check the server and it is not bios or hardware issue.
