Hello,

We are migrating from Windows 98 clients on NT 4 and Novell 3.12
servers over to a pure Windows 2000 network for both clients and
servers. During the transition we are looking to run win2k Pro against
Novell 3.12 and our application requires the Novell client. We have
installed 4.83 SP1 and everything is working fine except that users
are now getting F: mapped to \\novellserver\sys\userdir instead of the
root of \\novellserver\sys

Administrator and Supervisor running 4.83 SP1 do not see this - F: is
mapped to \\novellserver\sys

Windows 98 clients running client32 2.2 see F: mapped to
\\novellserver\sys

Why is 4.83 adding the user directory to the F: mapping?

Where can I change this?

Thanks in advance

Doug

You posted to a dead newsgroup which is no longer part of the official
Novell support hierarchy. I suggest you visit
http://support.novell.com/forums and post to one of the official
Novell newsgroups.
