What error message(s) do you see?

1. The error message on the server sonsole after loading lanzcon is...
"LANZCON-1.21-35
No adapters installed
Program execution cannot continue normally."

2. The reason I say "NW SP5 or MW SP3" is because I applied NW
SupportPack 3 and another tech.
installed NW 5.0 SupportPack 5 to all our servers immediately after I
was done.

Bill:

Please post a config.txt here (remove serial number first).

You may need to reinstall the LANZ agent as it appears that something
has gone awry with it's config. You can try deleting LANZ.CFG first,
reboot the server and see if that solves the problem.

SNMP for MW does have a load order dependency. We can advise further
on this once you have posted the config.txt.

Regards,

Sandra Harrell

# NetWare LANalyzer Agent
# Version 1.21
#
#----------------------------------------------------------------------------

# LANZ.NCF: NetWare LANalyzer Agent Load File
#
# This NCF file is created by the NetWare LANalyzer Agent install
program.
# It is used to load the NetWare Loadable Module files that make up
NetWare
# LANalyzer Agent.
#
# WARNING: You should not modify this file unless you need to change
# one of the configuration parameters documented below.
# Other changes to this file are not recommended. Should you
# damage this file, you must reinstall NetWare LANalyzer
Agent.
#
# NOTE: To enable or disable the monitoring of network adapters
# by NetWare LANalyzer Agent, use the LANZCON utility
# as described in the NetWare LANalyzer Agent Installation
# and Administration guide.
#
#----------------------------------------------------------------------------

# Load Parameter Descriptions
#
# load LANZSU debug=1
#
# debug=1 Turns on the LANZ control screen to see the transactional
# messages from the NetWare LANalyzer Agent.
#
# load LANZMEM bound=KB age=HHH
#
# bound=KB This is the upper limit on memory that can be allocated
# dynamically by the NetWare LANalyzer Agent.
#
# Increasing this number allows you to create larger packet
# capture buffers and maintain data for inactive stations
# for a longer period of time.
#
# Decreasing this value reduces the amount of memory that
# can be used by NetWare LANalyzer Agent. This leaves more
# memory for the other server tasks.
#
# NetWare LANalyzer Agent automatically purges data for
# inactive stations as the memory bound is approached.
# This allows NetWare LANalyzer Agent to adjust to
# the memory that is available to it dynamically.
#
# If the bound is low, purging occurs frequently, saving
# only data for stations that have been recently active on
# the network. If this happens, a message appears on the
# system console indicating that not enough memory has been
# allocated to NetWare LANalyzer Agent.
#
# KB is the memory bound in kilobytes.
#
# Initial value: set by the install program
# based on memory usage
#
# Minimum recommended value: 512
#
# Maximum recommended value: 75% of free server memory
# when NLM files are loaded
#
# Default value: If bound=KB is not
specified,
# it defaults to 3072.
#
# age=HHH NetWare LANalyzer Agent purges data for stations that have
# not been active on the network recently. This parameter
# controls how long data for inactive stations is maintained.
#
# Memory that is used by the station table is not available
# for other uses, such as capturing packets. Reducing the
# age value tends to increase the amount of memory
# available for capturing packets.
#
# If you cannot allocate capture buffers that are large,
# you may need to reduce the age value.
#
# HHH is the inactivity period, in hours, before station data
# is purged.
#
# Minimum recommended value: 1
#
# Default value: If age=HHH is not specified,

# it defaults to 168 (1
week).
#
# load LANZDI level=1
#
# level=1 It indicates that the LANZDI will stop receiving packets
# when CPU utilization gets high.
#
# Default is OFF. LANZDI will continue to receive packets even

# when CPU utilization gets high.
#
# load LANZSM topn=N dupip=1
#
# topn=N The number of concurrent sorts of top N nodes that
# NetWare LANalyzer Agent supports for each network adapter.
#
# Recommended value: 4
# Minimum value: 2
# Maximum value: 10
#
# dupip=0 Diables LANZ Agent alarms for Duplicate Ip Address detection

#
# dupip=1 Enables LANZ Agent alarms for Duplicate Ip Address detection

#
#
# load LANZTR poll=1
#
# poll=1 Polls token ring source-routed bridges.
#
# load LANZCTL trapreg=1
#
# trapreg=1 Causes SNMP traps to be sent to management consoles
# advertising themselves on the network as well as stations
# listed in sys:\etc\traptarg.cfg. Omitting this parameter
# or setting it to 0 causes traps to be sent only to those
# stations listed in sys:\etc\traptarg.cfg.

# This NetWare script file, SECURE.NCF, is the enhanced
# security options configuration file. It chooses the
# options that are required to run NetWare in the trusted
# configuration, which is designed to meet the US Class
# C2 security criteria and the European Class F-C2/E2
# security criteria.
#
# Enhanced security options not required for the trusted
# configuration (not required by C2 and European Class
# F-C2/E2 standards) are also included in this file but are
# commented out. More information regarding enhanced
# security options may be found in the Enhanced Security
# Server Administration manual.
#
# The server may be configured to automatically execute
# this configuration file during server boot after the
# execution of AUTOEXEC.NCF. This can be done by setting
# the set parameter "Enable SECURE.NCF" to ON. This can
# be done from SERVMAN (Server parameters/Miscellaneous
# menu) or in either AUTOEXEC.NCF or STARTUP.NCF. This
# configuration file can also be executed from the NetWare
# Console command line.
#
# Each of the SET parameters in this file (SECURE.NCF) can
# be set individually from the NetWare console command line,
# from SERVMAN, or in AUTOEXEC.NCF.
#
# SECURE.NCF may be modified using EDIT.NLM or another
# ASCII editor. The file is stored in the SYS:/SYSTEM
# directory.
#
# The following commands are required for the trusted
# configuration. Refer to the Utilities Reference manual
# for more information about each of these commands.
#
# The following command configures the server to disallow
# the use of unencrypted passwords. The default value is
# OFF. The trusted configuration value is also OFF.
#
SET Allow Unencrypted Passwords = OFF
#
# The following command configures the server to disallow
# the use of passwords to identify auditors. The default
# value is OFF. The trusted configuration value is also
# OFF.
#
SET Allow Audit Passwords = OFF
#
# The following command configures the server to
# automatically run VREPAIR when a volume fails to mount.
# The default value is ON. The trusted configuration
# value is also ON.
#
SET Automatically Repair Bad Volumes = ON
#
# The following command configures the server to reject
# NCP packets that fail boundary checking. Older client
# utilities may fail if this SET parameter is set to ON.
# The default value is OFF. The trusted configuration
# value is ON.
#
SET Reject NCP Packets with bad lengths = ON
#
# The following command configures the server to disallow
# replication of NetBIOS broadcast packets. The default
# value is 2. The trusted configuration value is 0.
#
SET IPX NetBIOS Replication Option = 0
#
# The following command configures the server to reject
# NCP packets that fail component checking. Older client
# utilities may fail if this set parameter is set to ON.
# The default value is OFF. The trusted configuration
# value is ON.
#
SET Reject NCP Packets with bad components = ON

# The following command configures NetWare Directory
# Services to perform access control checks which are
# not backwards compatiable with previous versions of
# NetWare Directory Services. The default value is OFF.
# The trusted configuration value is ON.

#
# The following commands provide additional enhanced
# security options that are not required to meet the
# Class C2 criteria and the Class F-C2/E2 criteria.
# These have been commented out but may be enabled by
# removing the comment symbol (# ) from the beginning of
# the line. EDIT.NLM or another ASCII editor may be used
# to edit this file. For more information about each of
# these commands refer to the Utilities Reference manual.
#
# The following command configures NetWare Directory
# Services to enforce the checking of the Equivalent To
# Me attribute during authentication. DSREPAIR must be
# used to synchronize the Equivalence attribute and the
# Equivalent To Me attribute if the Check Equivalent to
# Me parameter is set to ON. Setting this parameter to
# ON will also adversely affect the authentication
# performance. The default value is OFF. For enhanced
# security the value may be set to ON.
#
# SET Check Equivalent to Me = ON
#
# The following command configures the server to reject
# NCP packets that are not signed and to sign all reply
# packets. Setting this parameter to 3 will adversely
# affect the communication performance of the server.
# The default value is 1, which signs NCP packets only if
# required by the client. For enhanced security the
# value may be set to 3.
#
# SET NCP Packet Signature Option = 3
#
# The following command secures the NetWare server
# console in the following ways: it removes DOS paths
# from the search path; it allows only NLMs from the
# search path to be loaded; it disallows the setting of
# certain SET parameters; it prevents the server date and
# time from being changed; and it prevents keyboard entry
# into the operating system debugger. This command does NOT
# remove the requirement that the server console be
# physically secured. By default, SECURE CONSOLE is not
# invoked. For enhanced security SECURE CONSOLE may be
# invoked.
#
# SECURE CONSOLE
#
# The above commands provide enhanced security options
