ManageWise Client won't install

We have been having a problem lately when we run clntcfg.exe, it appears
to start installing(hour glass by mouse) but nothing ever shows up on
the screen and then the hour glass is gone and when you try to get
remote access to the pc it tells you that the agent is not installed.

Any ideas on how to get the agent to install?
