Hi,
Is it possible to configure Post Office to use GWIA to send messages to
another Post Office ? In this way, I can limit the attachment size.

I'm just another user, not a volunteer, so I can't give you the complete
answer that you should be able to get from a volunteer, but, here is what I
know:
I was messing with internet addressing in my system and the result was that
the PO where I enabled it, sent ALL mail to GWIA first, both internal, and
internet email. This should be along the lines of what you want, I'm not
savvy enough to give you more, but it's a start.
