Groupwise 5.2.6 Calendar items missing?

On a users mailbox I do a Calendar View, for a certain day, I see all
the appointments for the day.

When I go directly to the Calendar Folder and view the details I
cannot see all the appoinments. Why would that be?

I thought maybe it was because the view can only supoort so many
items, so I archived the items to about 1000 items or less but still
the same problem.

Anyone come across this before?
