Sending mail from application fails

W're experiencing strange problems when sending mail through
different applications. When doing so from Word 97 the following
message appears:
"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact
your administrator"
I found some related issues in different newsgroups but none of
the solutions works. I'v tried copying FRMCACHE.DAT file to
profile folders of users
C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Windows\Forms but no luck.
I even deleted the frmcache.dat and let the mapi client recreate
it. When doing so the file is recreated in C:\WINNT\Forms. Even
after copying that file to the user profile, no luck.
W're using Citrix Metaframe XP 1.0 with SR1 & FR1 on Windows 2000
Server with SP2. I've installed the special Windows 2000 MAPI version
(NTWMS.EXE). The MAPI client is GroupWise 5.5. And last but not least
w've installed the Client32 on the Windows 2000 server and followed
the guidelines of Citrix when doing so.
This is getting anoying. I installed the same client options on a
Windows 2000 Pro system and all works fine.. it seems to be a
multiuser issue.. or Windows 2000 server issue.. ??
