User says deleting one message will delete two

Tough one here. I have a user at a different site, says every so often
when she deletes a message from her mailbox a second one will
dissapear at the same time. I though maybe she was just being a bit
sloppy, so I have been having her open the message and choosing delete
so that she does not accidently delete two. That seemed to be working,
but now I received a note from her the other day saying the same thing
has happened. I've looked at her settings, rules, cleanup options.
Everyting is set to manual, no rule on that would do anything. I'm at
a loss. She says the second email that deletes is not from the same
person, etc.. I have a feeling it is user error but, I just can't
figure out what is going on.. Anyone have any ideas???
