Hello. Is there a way to set up a rule that would fire only once the
appointment was accepted? I am trying to set up rules to handle
resources in GW. I want an email to be forwarded to the catering
staff, etc. when an appointment is accepted. I have tried setting it
to "No" on conflict but the resources will be manually accepted or
declined. The No looks for conflicts but still fires the rule and the
email is forwarded before it is accepted. I want the rule to fire
only upon Acceptance of the appointment.
