Undeliverable Massage to whole domain pacbell.net

Hi,
something happened here at work a while back that has lead all my
mails to a friend a pacbell.net to get bounced back undeliverable. I
have been writing there for years with no probs. It started around the
time we "merged trees" on Novell.

I can't even write to their helpdesk @ pacbell.net as that is also
undeliverable.

I can nip out to a web based email and contact both that way ok. Other
users here cannot also contact anyone at pacbell.net.

Their tech support reckons to be from a human but I can smell a bot in
their tone - and I'm getting no where.

Does anyone have any ideas - our techy guys say they've never had this
happen in 3,000 accounts here and 15,000 emails a day.

With it not being work related they are reluctant to get involved!

What can I do?
