FID Editor Help Wanted

Hi,
I'm running GW5AFE editor on a windows 2000 machine which has
Groupwise 5.5.3.1 Client installed.
I have an archive on this machine which I'm trying to map to a new
user using GWAFE. But when run the FID editor, it says -

'Unable to locate netwin32.dll'
Could someone help me out with this?
