GWCHKSRV runs but was not setup through NWadmin

Any guidance would be appreciated...

I have 5 post offices in 5 different parts of the country. One site
asked me to remove the shcedualled event to do a a post office
analysis and fix. This I did through nwadmin32 where I unslected the
appropriate item from the schedualled events. This didn't help. I
changed the time of the events and yet when the event that ran was
using an old time schedual.

So I also saw that a time change for one event in post ofiice A
effected Post office b using the same event. Then I went and unslected
all schedualled events from the post office of each of my post
offices. To my surprise each site is still having the schedualled
event run and at the old time 4:00 instead of my new time of 6:00am.

I have waited for 5 days now and checked dsrepair for syncronization
and time. Everything look OK on that front. What am I missing and can
someone point me in the right direction.
