Auto-Send email from GroupWise every two months to everyone in the company

Hi:

We are using GW 5.5 EP. I would like to setup a rule so that
GroupWise automaticallly sends out an email every 2 months to everyone
at our company reminding them to do something. The message to be sent
out is the same all the time. If you can help me w/ this matter, I
