Hi,
I've recently not been able to email anyone at pacbell.net at all.
I've been writing to an address their for 3-4 days a week for years
with never any problems.

Recently mail has started coming back "undeliverable". This occurs if
anyone from here writes. It also occurs if I write to anyone at
pacbell.net.

I can however write to pacbell from an internet email a/c I have.

I'm not getting anywhere with their tech support as I smell a bot in
their common repeated acknowledgements.

What can I try to do to help me establish where the prob is. Our tech
support people say this has never happened to a domain before. We have
3,000 users sending 10,000 external mails a day. They aren't looking
into this as it's not "work related"

Any ideas?
R

Yes,
Sounds like your company has blocked anyone from writing To/From the
Pacbell.net domain or Pacbell has blocked anyone from sending to them from
your domain.

It happens all the time, usually because a person continues to get unwanted
email, the Mail administrator has the ability to block the sender's
domain/IP from sending any mail to them at all.
