Member servers and trust relationships

I am very much a newbie to NDS4NT and in need of some help getting my head
around the way it works, due to some pressing issues at work. We've
currently got one PDC running NDS4NT 2.01 talking to two NetWare 5.0
servers.

I assume that I am right in thinking that as NDS4NT only messes with domain
accounts, it does not need to be installed on member servers running within
that domain.

Also, I'm assuming that if one domain has NDS4NT and we need to create a
trust relationship between this domain and one that does not run NDS4NT
there will be no problem.

Finally, a question on licensing. If we plan to add a BDC, we know this
needs a license for NDS4NT. Do we also need client licenses for this server,
or does it work the client licensing work in a similar way to the per seat
licensing option for NT?

If anyone can help, I would very much appreciate it.
