w2k workstation can't join nt domain

Hello.
I've just installed NAM 2.1 and eDir 8.6.2 on a nt domain (1 pdc, 3 bdc).
Samsrv.dll is the same on all dc's. But now we are unable to make a new
w2k workstation join the domain. Each try lead to an "internal error" on
the WS. If I try to create the account from any DC using servermanager
there is a message about "database internal inconsistency".
I can create the account using nwadmin but the station still can't join
the domain.
If I reboot the PDC or I move master replica to another DC, then I can
make the WS to join the domain. But if I try to add a second WS, the
problem is the same.
Novell client is 4.81 pt1.
And the problem is the same about users (internal inconsistency).
Any idea ?
