Updated DTD documentation?

Hi,

I understand the PDF (dirxmlbk) from the latest NDK does not cover all DTD
elements. If that's correct, is there anywhere I can download the latest
documentation ? When is an updated PDF scheduled ?

The documentation portion of the NDK is very out of date.

Most of the standard documentation that is out there is what was written
for DirXML 1.x and very little has been updated. The related reference
material was updated to IDM 2.0. The 2.0.1 version of the reference
material was actually out there at one point, though for reasons I don't
understand it was backreved on a subsequent quarterly release of the NDK.

I've brought many times with those who are responsible for it, but
haven't really gotten any response other than that they will look into it.

In the mean time I will try to find a publicly accessible place (and
permission) to post the latest DTD's and related reference material
(i.e. the up to date version of the material at
http://developer.novell.com/documentation/dirxml/dirxmlbk/ref/index.html)
The obvious place would be the developer Wiki, but it doesn't seem to
lend itself very well to the web of pages that are involved or to
attachments other than images.
