It seems that we have no centers in Paraguay currently - so the options
would be either to travel to a country that does have a center, or
convince a local testing provider who doesn't offer Novell's Practicum
Exams to contact us and become a Practicum Testing Center.

QualityWare is the one I think you're referring to in BA, and they'd be
as good as the Novell office in Sao Paulo - both run exams fairly
regularly (the Novell office probably a bit more since staff take their
exams there as well).

The date fields are a request - the partner will contact you to confirm
scheduling, and if the date and time don't work for them, they will work
with you to pick a date/time that is mutually agreeable.

Payment is collected at the time you go to take the exam. We need about
4 business days notice to process the registration and have the testing
location schedule the exam (generally it's faster than that, but our SLA
is two days to process the registration + two days for the testing center
to schedule it).

If you visit http://practicum.novell.com and use the "search" function
there (also linked off the registration page that you went to
previously), you can pull up the center's details including e-mail and
telephone contact information.

The e-mail is usually immediate. A manual rescore is possible only if
you didn't pass the exam; they won't tell you what you did right or wrong
(that would invalidate the test) beyond what's on the score report.

OK - or if you want to, drop an e-mail to practicum at novell dot com and
I'll check it tomorrow.
