eMail practicu...@novell.com and specify your exam key and the date
of your exam. Manual rescore requests need to be submitted via e-mail
within 30 days of the exam date (we retain the resultant exam
environments for 30 days due to disk space considerations).
The phone number for Novell Training is posted on the website, however
questions about practicum exams will be referred to the e-mail address.
