Is the e-mail address used the one that is tied to your Novell Login
account here? (I don't want to post - or ask you to post - your e-mail
address)
I know one of the guys who was involved in setting this up, and I can
ping him with that detail and see if he can diagnose the issue.

FWIW, that's fixed now. Not that it helps past email, but worth noting.

request the password reset.
