Pusle accounts - can't get in

As I can't get my login working, I have no clue who to call for support
;-)
All of the pulse emails (and the password reset emails) get rejected by
our mail system because the pulse email system sends with an invalid
HELO.
Anyone have some pointers to send me in the right direction?

Is the e-mail address used the one that is tied to your Novell Login
account here? (I don't want to post - or ask you to post - your e-mail
address)

I know one of the guys who was involved in setting this up, and I can
ping him with that detail and see if he can diagnose the issue.

Sounds like someone beat me to escalating this, am told it's being looked
into.

When did they hand out the logins? I was at BS and still have received
nothing.

apparently a while ago, but it looks like the email system is rather
suspect, so if you are running any of the standard settings to cut down
on junk mail etc - the invite will not get through.
Any inbound pulse mail we get is rejected for having an invalid HELO.

FWIW, that's fixed now. Not that it helps past email, but worth noting.

It is indeed fixed!
I have just done the password reset and actually received the email.

If you know the email account you were registered on, you can just
request the password reset.

Can someone tell me how do I get access since I never received the email?
Is there a website suppose to go to?
