I did install the DB7A and DB7B DS version up to 7.45
to my Netware 5 BM 3.5 server , it's don't improve anything,
So I try to add all the NDS replica to that server . It improve the
connection time , do you guys know why ?

Authentication to an NDS object is taking place, and it is faster to
authenticate to a local replica than walking the tree to another server
holding the data.

hi Keith,
as Craig says, the IP gateway needs to authenticate the NDS user,
therefore having a replica on the server always helps.
