In the IPX/IP Gateway, you are much better off to NOT use IPX/IP
Gateway! Just put TCP/IP on the PC's and control the use with Proxies
& Access Rules.

your BM server must have two interfaces, one private (with a registered
IP address) and one public (with a "private" IP address)
The w/s must be connected on the private side, with private IP
addresses.
The default gateway of the w/s must the the private IP address of the BM
server.
These are the first steps.
Follow the online documentation for setting up the proxy, and write
again here for specific issues.
