Border Manager 3.5 sp1 nw 5 sp6 licencing problems

When starting brdsrv.nlm on the server, it fails to load.

Error messages:

IPXIPGW-5.8-25
REQUIRED LICENCE NOT FOUND - NOVELL IP GATEWAY TERMINATED

PROXYCFG-3.5-11
NOVELL BORDERMANAGER LICENSE IS NOT INSTALLED
SERVER-5.00-1553:MODULE INITAZLIZATIION FAILED
MODULE PROXY.NLM NOT LOADED

In Netware Administrator

ALL the Border Manger licenses showed that they were not in use.

Tried:

Removing the licenses from the tree with Netware administrator and
reinstalling via NetWare Administrator and NWCONFIG

Ran DSREPAIR before and after removing or adding licenses
Tree was synchronized the whole time

Connection licenses are fine.

hi,
Try the following:

in NWadmn32, delete the ALL the licenses associated to that server and
also delete the NLS_SLP_server object.
in *NWconfig* reinstall licensing services (if youd deleted the server
licenses, too, you should install them herE)
in *NWadmn32* install the BM licenses.

Did you try manually loading proxy after the server finished booting?
