I am missing something major here.. We are running BM with only the
HTTP proxy enabled. Yet the following occurs which I do not think
should be happening:

1) If a the proxy server is setup at the client FTP and other ports
work fine.
2) If proxy is NOT configured at clients they can browse the internet
but no other ports function.. FTP, SMTP, Telnet, nothing...
Where is my hole?
