Problem with e-mail address in Bordermanager

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me with a problem I am having.

I have set up several users in Bordermanager with e-mail addresses.
Mail coming in to the mail server is supposed to get forwarded to each
user's mail box however, one of user's mail is being bounced.

When I looked at the person's account I found two entries listed in
e-mail addresses -

firstname .last...@domain.com
firstname...@domain.com

I have attempted to update the person's account to remove the first
address, however, when I delete the address and return to the account,
the address is still present, so the updates have not been applied.

Could some please give me an idea of what I may be doing wrong ?
