Plz help with send and receive e-mail in netware 4.11

Hi.

I got this problem with upgraded PC at my work place..
We are using Netware 4.11 and Border Manager 3.xx something.
Older machines can send and receive e-mail, but when I tried with newly
installed machines, they can not connect to incoming mail server (outside
server)
Every PC has IPX/SPX and TCP/IP installed, and they can logon to server and
browse the internet with no problem.

Now, I am sure that there is nothing wrong with the server side, cuz
computers with old setup can send and receive just fine.

I would like to know the standard ways to setup up PC in a novell network
running border manager to send and receive e-mail.
