Hello.

Forgive my ignorance here -- we have a client using BorderManager who
is experiencing the following problem..

When attempting to remotely access the web-based application we have
deployed through a standard URL they are unable to receive/download
the associated JAR files that essentially comprise the application.

I can give you no information regarding the network topology. I
realize this is like asking someone to describe the color blue, but if
anyone has any insight as to why JAR files would be blocked and what
might be done to alleviate the problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.
People in their locally located test environment have no problems, but
external users cannot get the JARs. This is obviously a
firewall/security issue (duh).

Again, this is a client issue, and they're moving at typical corporate
speed in locating the people in their firm that would know the answer.
We are completely unfamiliar with the product (obviously!), but if I
can deliver ANY kind of information to our people their it'll help
diffuse a potentially nasty situation.

Thanks for your time!
