Virus scanning inbound POP3 mail

We're using BM3, and currently have several clients using POP3 mail software
like Eudora to send and receive mail via our Internet connection, to/from
various ISP's. Most of these are for personal email accounts. We use CA's
InoculateIT under Netware, but this scans only at the file level, not POP
and SMTP traffic. Does anyone know of a product for Netware that'll allow
Internet traffic to be virus scanned (pop, smtp, http) as it passes through
BM?
