User has to fill in old password when changed

Hi,

hope that anybody can help me. When a user changes his
Novell-User-Password and logs in at a Windows NT Workstation where he
had worked beforde, as second windows appears and he has to fill in
the old password. Sometimes a password is set back by the
administrator because the user has forgot his password. So how can I
avoid that the second window appears? Maybe there is a possibility to
delete the NT account after logout or s.th. like that.
