Printing Under Win2000

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes . . . .

I've started converting some workstations to Win2000 Professional and Novell
client 4.8 used in conjunction with my NetWare 4.11 server. The Win2000
clients seem to process print jobs far more slowly than do the NT 4.0
clients using the same client software. I've tried the MS/Win2000 drivers
and then reinstalled the printer using the latest HP drivers downloaded from
their website. The results were the same.

The workstations are fine as the same workstations previously using WinNT
workewd perfectly. the print jobs come out fine, they simply process more
slowly by the workstation. Any suggestions?
