FIREWALL FOR NT

I didn't know where else to post this so I figured start here. I am
trying to install
the Novell Firewall for NT but when I go to the control panel and double
click
on the icon, I get the Error:

Could not read Deployment mode - 2

and installation halts. I am using a ADSL line and NIAS doesn't support

the PPPoE standard yet (at least according to the TID I found) so this
appears to
be my only option. Anyone have any thoughts?
