NWadmin LDAP problem

Running NWadmin off a NW5.1 sp2 server on an NT PC.
When I try to get the details from an LDAP (on NW5 or NW5.1)object i get:
This version of LDAP Snapin is incompatable with the LDAP schema on the
server. Either run the previous version of the LDAP Snapin or upgrade the
server to NW5.
If I use the NWadmin off a NW5 sp5 server I get:
I can access the LDAP on the NW5 server ok, but the NW5.1 object gives
"Version mismatch - Please upgrade the LDAP Server to be compatable with the
LDAP Snapin"
