Just add this in the customization area of template.tex:
\copyrighttextstr[en]={}
\copyrighttextstr[pt]={}

If you are form FCT-NOVA, please note that that text is mandatory.
If you are not from FCT-NOVA, than I don't know if it is necessary.
To remove it add this to your preamble (customization area):
\copyrighttextstr[en]={}
\copyrighttextstr[pt]={}
