There are still a few jobs not been signed up yet. Please go to Signupgenius.com and fill a spot if you have not done so. Volunteer coordinators, please make sure that every parent in your level has signed up a job and every job in your level has been filled. We have more levels and more jobs but less parents available this year compare to the years before. We really need every parent's help to have the event run smoothly. 

For those who sign up for setup and decorations (including technicians), please arrive at 3:15pm on Saturday afternoon. We need to clear out spaces, decorate and set up the studio for the competition. 

Volunteer coordinators, please make sure that every parent in your level knows how to perform their jobs. For the ones who do not know yet, please check with your volunteer coordinator or come to the studio after 5pm to practice or rehearse.

Scorers, I will forward the scoring sheet to you before the weekend. You will bring your own laptop to the studio for the competition and please make sure your laptop can run excel and can connect to our projector. If you are not sure, please bring your laptop to the studio on Saturday afternoon to try it out. When the competition ends for your group, please immediately bring your scores to the award room to work with the award clerk. 

Camera man/woman, please bring your own video camera to the competition and set it up before the competition starts. You will need to video tape the whole competition for your level. You may download the video to a cd or a website for coach or other parents to view. 

Announcers, please make sure you know how to use the microphone and your voice is clear and loud enough during the competition. You may practice on Saturday afternoon as well.

Music, please ask coach chen how to play the music for each routine if you have not done so. Please make sure you play the right music during the competition. Wrong music might make the girls nervous and affect their scores. 

Lineups, listen to the announcer and make sure you bring the right girl to the floor. You may ask the girl's name before you bring her downstairs. 

I'm asking the photographer to take a few group pictures right after each level's competition. So please have your girls keep the dress on after they finish their routines. The photographer will only have a few minutes to take the shots.

For all parents, please arrive a whole hour before your warmup time with hair in bun and makeup done.

 If you need help on hair and makeup:  Please make sure you know who is the one will help you and arrange the time with the person two whole hour before the Warm up time that scheduled for your sessions.                         

 Items for the competition: ( your own Music CDs will NOT be needed this time !!)
      a. Ball, Rope, Hoops, clubs;
       b. Hair pins, rubber ban, comb, makeups;
       c. water bottle with your kid name on it;
       d. Competition Dress, and half-shoe;
       e. Team Jacket and pants;
      f. Camera, Video recorder;
      g. Some snacks, please pack easy snacks.

I will keep you posted once the detailed rotation is done and please let me know if you have any questions or concern.
