Please go over your participant list one more time and let Yaga know as soon as possible if everything is correct with your gymnast's names and age groups as well as if you have any scratches, or problem with the schedule. 

 

WINDY CITY D Forms: Please email / or mail 2 copies of all Level 7-10 D forms to the meet director by May 15, 2015.

 

 

NOTE TO COACHES: 

There will be a Coach/Gymnast check-in table by the admission table. Please sign-in before entering the warm-up area. and pick up your competition packet.  Coaches, when you receive your rotation schedule please inform us of any scratches and drop your level 4 music in the Music Bin.

 

Individual CDs are required for level 5 and above. Gymnasts should bring their music directly to the music table in the gym when they arrive at the registrations table.

Music must be labeled clearly with team name, gymnast name and event.

 

 

Please note the following guidelines for putting gymnasts on the floor in order to keep the meet running swiftly.

When the gymnast on the floor finishes and salutes please send your gymnast out right away. The two gymnasts may pass each other on the floor. Please advise your gymnasts to enter and exit the floor quickly.

 

 

For Future Stars: now that the final schedule has been published, the FS Testing goal will be to have those who compete on Sun/Mon to test Saturday evening and those who compete on Saturday to test Sunday morning. The FS Testing, based on the registration and Open schedule, will be finalized shortly and sent.
