Error 406 - Not Acceptable -- update

I have now done similar updates to a site not located at InMotion but at
EntirelyDigital, and have not encountered the 406 error. Nor the unable
to instantiate issue.  So both are related to the hosting setup.  Still
need to solve it, but it is not a problem with the Joomla update to
5.3.3, the RSFormsPro update to 3.4.2, or even Gantry to 5.5.23 (though
this shouldn't be involved anyway).

Working through other updates but will get back to it for the sites that
it affects.  Both are WHM/CPANEL so I will see how they compare and look
into the logs, etc.
