J. security -- Web hosting companies' stance on -- Rochen's policy on security breaches

Today, I read something that initially surprised me. This excerpt is
from an article by J. author Jen Kramer:

After mulling Rochen's policy for just a few seconds, I understood
Rochen's rationale, and believe that this policy probably makes sense.
Indeed, I am now more likely than ever to choose Rochen as my J. host
notwithstanding Rochen's higher prices.
