Hi All,
If I'm "reading between the lines" correctly in the email that was sent about the Revolutionary Rumble, it would appear that a few bad apples from last year may have spoiled the bunch. Meaning unruly behavior and trashy/unkempt team areas.
We can talk more tonight, but I'm thinking that if we could bring some extras to make sure our areas are 100% clean that would be helpful to the staff. Things such as a small broom and dustpan (if I remember correctly it was hard to find last year), two large contractor trash bags. Any other items that you can recommend would be helpful, but we want to make sure that we are not the ones singled out in the email and that our areas are left spotless.

Dear 2014 Revolutionary Rumble Participants, Coaches and Parents,
First thank you for joining us this year. We are looking forward to another great tournament. We have several important announcements so please read the entire message.
- The sites by age groups should be posted to our website by Sunday, April 27th. There will be other information posted as well.
- The Team Check-In and the Coach's meetings will be held like last year at Quarterpath Recreation Center (see website for address) from 5:30-9:00 pm at 30 minute intervals. If you or a team representative cannot make the meeting, please let me know by Sunday, April 27th via email: jkor...@gmail.com (to separate information use this email is for Team Check-in information only). WE HAVE MULTIPLE SITES AND A FORMAT THAT IS UNIQUE TO OUR TOURNAMENT, SO DON'T TAKE THE INFORMATION LIGHTLY. Additionally we have made some changes to the Sunday Format, and the 12's division is entirely different, so please make sure your players and parents understand these differences.
- ONLY WATER is allow in EACH of the gyms during the Rumble. We do not own our facilities, WE ARE GUESTS, so please inform your PARENTS and players. Part of our use agreement is that we do not allow Food and Drink (other than water) in the Gym. At some of our facilities, team carriers are required, so be prepared. Additionally, rude behavior will be handled more severely than most are accustomed. Our Site Personnel have been instructed to have people removed that will not abide by these rules.
- "Camp Sites" are allowed in the parking lot, but please do not block fire lanes, or parking spaces.
- The tournament format is unique, so please PLEASE read the attached.
- Seating will be limited at the 12's division site, so plan to sit court side only when your team is playing. There will be plenty of room outside.
