Meetup anyone?

I was thinking maybe we can do a meetup in the next few weeks. Let's
find a centralized location and move forward. I would love to see
everyone again, as well as your dog(s)! I know this is kind of vague,
but I just wanted to get the ball rolling!

Hey Angela,

I'm kinda new to the pit group but I wanted to see if there's anybody who would like to join Misunderstood Pit Rescue for Pit Bull Awareness Day in Richmond.  I'm a foster/volunteer for the group and we're having a bully walk on Oct 18.  Let me know if this would interest anybody, I'm desperately trying to recruit NOVA area walkers to join in on the fun.

We will actually likely be living in Richmond at that time and may be
able to go if we're not down there.

Jaci,

That would be awesome if you could join!  There is more information on the website.  Go to misunderstood.rescuegroups.org and then from there you can click on the Richmond Pit Bull Awareness Day link and register for the walk.

Jaci,

There isn't really a "team", but right now I think there are about 20 registered walkers.  I'll be down there with my foster dog, and most of our adoptable dogs will be down there as well.  I'm just a foster mom for the rescue group so I don't know all of the fine details.  Will you be joining us?

Sorry, I didnt include my name in my email, I'm Angela. But yeah, I
want to bring one of my dogs down and I wasn't sure how to get
registered, since I saw the "team" option.

How about Sunday, November 9th around 12pm? Most people said Sunday
works best for them. Our usual spot was out at Victory Lakes Loop in
Manassas since it was always empty, but I am open for suggestions.
Just want be sure we are in a central location since people will be
coming from MD & DC as well. but I just wanted to lock down a date and
then we can discuss a location.

Please respond with some ideas as soon as you can.
