A friend told me how he uses the idea of how many days he's
been alive...

A day is a very accessible unit of time, it has a clear
beginning (when you wake up) and end (when you go to sleep).

A hundred days or a thousand days is a nice round number,
a sizable chunk.

It turned out that he was just coming up on 13,000 days.


..just another tool to bring awareness to passing of irreplaceable
time.
