"Genius: The Life and Science of Richard Feynman"

There is an interesting bit to explore here on the nature
of the great geniuses of the past, and how they were "visual"
thinkers.

Einstein's great work had sprung from physical intuition
and that when Einstein stopped creating it was because
'he stopped thinking in concrete physical images and
became a manipulator of equations'."
