Eat Right for Your Blood Type

Fascinating book that dives into how the Blood types evolved from "O"
to "A" to "B" to "AB" due to the diet of our ancestors.

Dr. Dadamo studied how food lectins interact with the antigens in the
blood and came up with beneficial, neutral, and avoid ratings for each
foods and some basic characteristics on how those foods affect
susceptibility to certain ailments such as diabetes and heart disease.

Some have criticized Dr. Dadamo's work, claiming it not to be
objective as his tests are "in vitro" (outside the body), and they do
not account for all the processes that take place in the body as it
processes certain foods and food combinations.

I've found it to be a very beneficial tool, as I align with beneficial
foods for my bloodtype:

In a nutshell, avoids don't work, and beneficials are energizing. I
can feel the difference.

If you are exploring this tool, let me know your results, particularly
if you are a Type B.

Many thanks,
Carl
