Re compiling, I had a lot of hassle due to Maven. Will you be setting
up a maven repo or otherwise making it simpler to build?
cheers,

We will set up a Maven repo ASAP.
Currently the installation is a little tricky.
The project is provided of a reactor so that all the module dependencies are
satisfied automatically.
The quickest way to build out all the project from scratch is:
1) Install the Virtuoso Drivers (that are not available in any Maven Repo)
modules$ cd triple-storage/virtuoso-drivers/
virtuoso_drivers$ ./install_virtoso_drivers.sh
2) Run the Maven reactor:
$ cd notube-collector-svn/trunk/collector/modules
$ mvn clean install
