A0 Laser

I arrived Sunday evening and the laser had a note on it saying its not cutting well. I tried to use it and I can cut 2mm MDF as a norm at a speed of 21. This barley touched it. Despite 3 passes. 1 at 21, 1 at 18 and 1 at 10 it still did not cut through 2mm MDF. I gave up and went home. I have put in a broken tool report.
