Pledge Drive for new Signal/Waveform Generator

Hi everyone,

Our only current working signal gen is from 1975 and has quite a few problems (described on the wiki link below). I've proposed to buy a new, lower end, dual channel Siglent, which can go up to 60MHz and costs just shy of £400.

If you want to contribute, please edit the table directly (preferred) or email me off-list with the amount you'd like to pledge and your name (not preferred :D). Assuming we get a decent amount, I'll post again asking to transfer your amount to the hackspace with a specific payment reference so the trustees can confirm payment.

Hi everyone,

We have 5 pledges so far for a new signal generator. I'm planning to discuss it up in the members meeting this week on Wednesday (which, incidentally, will be in the blue room at 8pm if you want to come).

Thanks, although the pledge drive was successful and is now sitting happily in our electronics area :-)

Think I might have forgotten to update the Google group about that - sorry.

We also purchased a new set of test leads for the electronics area.
