Help with drilling out a broken bolt

Hello,
New member here. Could anyone drill out a bolt for me that's broken off inside a small metal bar? It's part of a folding adult trike - the broken bolt holds one of the back wheels out. Willing to pay someone to do it, as it's a task I haven't tried before, and I haven't done inductions yet on the machines.

I've already unscrewed the bar from the rest of the frame, so it's quite small and manageable - 210 x 15 x 40 mm (w x d x h), with square edges, so it can be clamped into a worktop vice.

I've already tried a LH drill bit and bolt extractor, but the bolt stub hasn't shifted at all. I gather that the next step needed is to carefully drill out the bolt, and then retap the threads. I have the same exact bolt to replace it, so the threads can be gauged from that.

Is anyone available who could to do this? I'm hoping within the next week if possible.

If you're able to bring it in to the Hackspace this afternoon (Saturday July 1st) I'm happy to help. I'll be around from 13:00 for several hours. If not let me know when you are available as I can do some but not all weekday evenings (from 16:30 onwards).

Hi, 

Thanks very much for the kind offers of help with the bolt. Another member also emailed directly to offer, which would be easier as I can get a lift on Sunday. I don't drive, which makes transport more difficult. So hopefully we will get it fixed on Sunday. And then it will be easier for me to get to the Hackspace as well.
