samsung Galaxy tab 3

I downloaded the Notpod software but it cannot find the galaxy tab 3

So I went back to the tutorial and watched a few times, paused it to follow step by step when I select the music folder on my samsung galaxy tab 3 the OK button stays greyed out...argh....

Same thing is happening to me.  Can select the Galaxy tablet, but can't select the Music folder and can't create a folder.
